Samantha is a gracious host. She promptly attended to any issues that existed. The area and neighbors are all very nice. It was a pleasant experience staying there.

We absolutely loved this villa. 6 of us stayed here for two weeks (4 adults 2 kids) comfortably. Plenty of bedroom storage space, kitchen had everything you could need and great coffee station. Beds were very comfortable as was the sofa which easily fit the 6 of us. We loved the pool which was cleaned twice a week. Beach towels, pool & beach toys, chairs etc all provided. Beaches, supermarkets and restaurants all a short drive away, a really great location - we loved Christian’s on the water, big Jim’s steakhouse, Doc fords, dodos diners, original pizza. There a shopping mall 15 minute drive, turtle park, Tropicana fields, johns pass is great and we hired jet skis, capybara cafe, treasure island beach is fantastic, we were swimming in the sea with dolphins. We have been to Florida 4 times now and stayed in a a few different locations each time but we collectively decided this was our favourite. We had a couple of queries and were very very impressed with the hosts helpfulness. Having stayed elsewhere earlier this year and had a bad experience, this villa and their hosting restored our faith in this type of holiday, thank you very much we highly recommend!!!

Great location and nice house

Perfect get away for the family Positive: One of the best stays we’ve had. The house was spotless with attention to detail and great decor. The towels folded into animals on the beds were a nice touch and our kids loved them. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was organized and very well equipped. The pool was a highlight, and we appreciated that the house came with beach chairs, towels, coolers, and toys. The double washer and dryer made laundry easy for our whole group. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, with a peaceful pond out back where we watched the ducks and turtles. The beach and John's Pass were only about a 10 minute drive away. There were also plenty of great food options nearby. One night we ventured to downtown St Pete, which was an easy 25 min drive. We loved walking along the water and dinner at Fresco's Waterfront Bistro. The hosts Chris and Samantha were incredibly responsive and created an online information guide. It was super convenient to plan our next stop while on the go. We look forward to coming back and couldn’t recommend this place more.

We had a marvelous time staying here for our family vacation. The home was exactly as described. We had our grad daughter with us and we had everything you could need for a stay with a 10 month old. The home was clean, organized and the neighborhood was peaceful. The host was so welcoming and communication was on point. We are already talking about next year. The location was great also, in like 30 min you can visit multiple beaches, a few marinas, and tampa. We had family photos at White Egret (totally recommended) and it was only 12 minutes from the house. The kids got fishing licenses and tried out a bunch of beaches for night fishing. Everyone had an amazing time.
